Banana Bread

Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

3 small/medium overripe bananas

2 pasture raised eggs

ΒΌ cup pure maple syrup

1 tsp arrowroot powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp avocado oil or coconut oil

Sprinkle cinnamon to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350℉.

Put all ingredients in a food processor/large blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Use grass fed butter, coconut oil or avocado oil to grease loaf pan.

Pour batter into pan and top with whatever add-ins you want.

Check bread in 30 minutes - insert a toothpick until it comes out mostly clean.
